the location was excellent. it was right across the street from the qvb. the front desk staff were great, very helpful and efficient. the room was a standard twin room and it was clean.
The air conditioning was problematic throughout my stay. the remote didn't work. i had to call reception multiple times to adjust the temperature. It was inconvenient. also the shower doorway was too small, it was difficult to get into it.

the location is unbeatable for exploring. my room was upgraded, so it was quite spacious and had modern décor. the staff are friendly and efficient.. i was particularly impressed with their quick responses to any requests i had.
the gym is small, with limited equipment and weights, which might be an issue for serious fitness enthusiasts.
